Greg started this Foundation to keep alive the inspiration of his mother, Alice Nikki Vellios. He says he would not have reached any of his accomplishments without that inspiration.  His mother inspired him to become a voracious reader, and seasoned traveler. He is a journalist, writer and Intellectual property attorney in digital media and telecom. His current work and study in the fields of neuroscience and data science/informatics has led to his writings about the various brain mapping projects, and even the Large Hadron Collider, the world’s largest and highest-energy particle accelerator. And being Greek he is passionate about the sea and sailing.
